Noureen DeWulf was born 28 February 1984, in New York City. Her desire to become an actress has been constant. As she attended the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to lay the foundations of the career she would pursue. Noureen started auditioning for roles after graduating. She was cast in 2005. was cast as a key character in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various festival screenings around the globe following its premier at the Sundance Film Festival 2005.
